This is a classic short private safari to the world-famous wild parks of Tanzania, including the Serengeti National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater. Afterward, you’ll have time to relax and enjoy the white sandy beaches of Zanzibar Island. We have included one of our favorite small beach resorts, but we can upgrade or downgrade the hotel upon request (see alternative accommodations on the last day). It offers pure flexibility and freedom!

Day to day Itinerary

Kilimanjaro International Airport

Day 1: Arrival - Arusha

Welcome to Tanzania! Upon your arrival into Kilimanjaro Airport and after clearing customs and immigration, you will be met by your Ribris Safaris representative who will transfer you to the lodge for overnight. Overnight The African Tulip

Tarangire National Park

Day 2: Tarangire National Park (Or Lake Manyara National Park)

Today your safari starts! Drive to Tarangire and enjoy your first game drive. The park is famous for its big herds of elephants and big baobab trees.

Full Day Game Drive in Northern Serengeti

Day 3 - 4: Serengeti National park

We will spend three nights (two full days) in Serengeti National Park. Serengeti National Park gets its name from the Maasai word. Siringitu meaning endless Plain. The game drives in this park are exceptional and game viewing incredible. This park offers the best opportunity of viewing Cheetah, Leopards and Lions and when lucky the annual Great Migration!

Day 5: Karatu

We will spend three nights (two full days) in Serengeti National Park. Serengeti National Park gets its name from the Maasai word. Siringitu meaning endless Plain. Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater

In the morning we will drive to the crater. Ngorongoro is a unique crater known as a Caldera. A Caldera is the aftereffect of a volcanic collapse, an implosion rather than explosion, Ngorongoro was formed some two million years ago. The Crater itself measures an average of 18 Kilometers in diameter and approximately 700 meter vertical drop and is home to 25000 large animals. The crater is one of the prime areas to observe the endangered Black rhino and black manned Lions.

Zanzibar Beach

Day 7-11: Zanzibar beach stay

After breakfast your driver guide will drop you off at the airport in Arusha. Say goodbye to your host and check in for your flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival you will be met by our drive and taken to the beach resort. Time to relax, reflect on your safari, enjoy the sun, the beach, swim, snorkle or learn more about the history of Stone Town. Plenty to do.

Day 12: End of Itinerary

Time to go home. We will drop you off at the airport of Zanzibar.
